Q:  Will you buy my home if it is in need of repairs?
A:  We will purchase your home whether or not it needs extensive repairs, cosmetic updates, total clean-up or other work.

Q:  What kind of properties do you buy?
A:  We buy multi-family homes, condos, single family homes, vacant land & commercial properties in ANY condition.

Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  We buy Oregon and Washington homes, off market, that meet our purchasing criteria. From there, we may repair the house and resell it to another home owner or keep it as a rental ourselves. Q:  Will you buy my home if it’s already listed with a Real Estate Broker?
A:  Yes.  You will need to review your listing agreement to determine if you will have to pay any fees/commissions to the listing broker.

Q:  Will you buy my home if I have tenants, problematic tenants, or squatters?
A:  Yes. We will buy your home and take on your tenants.

Q:  If my home is in probate, can I sell it?
